Before attending Harvard Rahsaan spent a year at Rice Business Institute and a semester abroad as a Student Ambassador in Europe. Rahsaan worked in New Mexico as a 4th grade math coach, in China as an education consultant, and in Texas as an investment analyst at Tutor Pickering & Holt. Rahsaan is a Ron Brown Scholar, a Bill & Melinda Gates Scholar; and was named the 100 Black Men of America's Entrepreneur of the Year for the legacy of Students of Strength, an Ed-tech platform he launched in 2012.

Students of Strength provides online academic coaching services - tutoring, personalized mentorship and college advising - to students of all socioeconomic backgrounds in grades 7 through 12 nationwide. To serve all students, a percentage of our revenue coupled with contributions from sponsors covers the cost of our services for low income students.

Trains student entrepreneurs to plan, start, and expand business ideas and consult others through organizational inefficiencies. Typical services include Business plan drafting, financial accounting, budgeting, management consulting, and online presence.
