Experience

Before attending Harvard Rahsaan spent a year at Rice Business Institute and a semester abroad as a Student Ambassador in Europe. Rahsaan worked in New Mexico as a 4th grade math coach, in China as an education consultant, and in Texas as an investment analyst at Tutor Pickering & Holt. Rahsaan is a Ron Brown Scholar, a Bill & Melinda Gates Scholar; and was named the 100 Black Men of America's Entrepreneur of the Year for the legacy of SOS, an Ed-tech platform he launched in 2012.

  • Helped organize and execute Google.org’s Covid recovery grant portfolio in Jobs & Skilling sector and launched racial justice grant portfolio in response to the murders of George Floyd and Ahmaud Arbery

  • Supported attrition and retention programs on research and Insights Team

  • Lead Professional Development Curriculum creation, instruction process, and key business operations for People Ops Strategy Team.

Used SQL & R Data Studio to develop and populate a dashboard to track student participation and performance in Code Next Program, a high school incubator for the next generation of STEM stars.

Analyzed & Synthesized quantitative and qualitative data + conducted multi-stakeholder interviews to create an annual report for Tech Exchange, a high-touch, high-tech immersion for minority Undergrad.

Created a Crisis Management proposal for the ERG leads to better respond to inter-Google conflict.
